BREASTFEEDING CLASSES

Karen Zeretzke, International Board Certified Lactation Consultant who has been counseling breastfeeding women for more than 30 years teaches this one-session Saturday class.


Topics include:
  • benefits of breastfeeding
  • preparing for breastfeeding
  • recognizing hunger cues
  • proper latch
  • the first six weeks
  • choosing a breastpump
  • problem solving for successful breastfeeding

Registration fee: $40 for mom and another (partner, husband, mother, sister, or friend) who will support her breastfeeding experience
